15. Choice of Law and Venue. This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to choice of law rules. Litigation arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site, under this Agreement, or relating to PMI products shall be exclusively in state and federal courts located in King County, Washington.
16. General. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and PMI and governs your use of the Site. The failure of PMI to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. You agree that, regardless of any statue or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising under this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose.
